I came in to purchase a new car and Sebastian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, Toyota Camry 2011. His easy going, personal style and knowledge of the brand has solidified a working relationship with myself for years to come. Sebastian was an excellent sales rep. He was patient, enjoyable to work with, and we really enjoyed the time we spent with him while purchasing our used 2003 Toyota Highlander. I went to other dealerships before this one and the first thing that they were interested in was money, money and money first...particularly Hudson Toyota and Fordham Toyota. I was about to give up on Toyota dealerships. Not to mention, Car Factory, which is several minutes down the road from City World Toyota, also sold us a lemon that only lasted five blocks up the road from the day of purchase. It took me hours to get my money back from them, but only after threatening to sue. But when I came to City World, even to the very end, they cared about money last and their respect for the client first. They only wanted our satisfaction throughout the sale. We will definitively refer people to Sebastian and to City World in the future. More

This is the second dealership I went to looking to lease a Camry. The first dealership met my price, but I was turned off by the salesman aggressiveness. Within an hour, they called me back and told me they should be able to meet the other dealership price or make it better. From the beginning of our appointment, the salesman was very friendly. He was not pushy. What I like he didn't try to bulls**t us. The first dealership I tried, the salesman tried every trick in the book to make you buy get a car right now. With City World, the salesman follow through with everything that was going to happen. The only complaint I have is that there's were a few clients ahead of us waiting for the financial person. So that took some time. At the end, I had a better car than I expected with a better price. More
