He worked with me on my termsand was very clear with explanations on what was going to happen and why etc.every thing we talked and shook on went through with out a hitch,really cut and dry. I learned alot from him about cars, financing and leasing is so detailed but explained it all. He knew that pricing, color and safety were my major concerns. And although he was not able to get us the price that we were looking for, he worked to get the us the best price and a safe car in the color that we wanted. Because we wanted to be sure we were getting the best we did not take his offer on the first day. We shopped around and I must say that other dealers could not match what Seamas offered us and for that I am greatful. On the day of the sale, he must us feel comfortable about our decision. We walked out of there feeling special. He even called us the day after the sale to make sure we were happy and if there was anything else he could do. Wow! This employee was excellent in his knowledge of salesmanship with the customers. He was convincing in pointing out that the life of my old Toyota was just about running out and how in the long run salesmanship with the customers. I realized this was so because I had spent close to $1,000 in repairs with my 2001 car. He facilitated the whole process of the trade-in, the insurance process, etc. I can't complain and my family is very happy with our new car. He displayed excellent customer service, polite, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone interested in obtaining a car to visit this Toyota store and to personally ask for Fabian. From now on, he's our main man. More

I had known I would be buying a Prius, and knew the options I wanted, and it was then down to price and color. They came through, beat 6 other dealers on price, and had a color we liked. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and he listened to our concerns. We didn't have the time to develop a real relationship w/ him, because we came in knowing what we wanted, and he made the process simple and stress-reduced (I don't spend $25K+ often enough to call that a stress-free transaction, but he made it as close to that as possible). His boss, the Sales Manager, Rick, was everything that Gene was, and had more authority behind him. In other words, the whole team (including Kyle in Financing and Sebastian in Customer Care) were evidently well-trained, and knew what they were doing. On the day we took possession of the vehicle, Gene called me to make sure I had everything I needed organized. So, when we came in to sign the papers and drive the car away, there would be no surprises, and there weren't any. I would have no hesitation referring business to City World Toyota in the future. We had dealt w/ 6 other dealerships, and, while they were not the only one that was professional, they combined professionalism w/ low price. They were a delight to deal with, from the first moment to the last. More
