I went there to return my rav 4 lease I had challenging credit they showed me some options and explained the process to me. When problems arrived thru my process the answer of " no " did not exist. They told me not to worry they have other options. As options diminshed they still told me not to worry. At time they started the escalation process of going thru higher management. The approach I really felt good that this was not just a sale for them this was a challenge and committment thru the escalation. They never gave up on me. All involved went beyond the call of duty. I myself manage an armored car company and I learned from this experience how treat customers with extreme care. This type of service must be followed in all types of business. It works. I now drive a 2012 camry. Thanks City World Toyota. More

Gene H at City World Toyota is a detailed oriented, concerned sale person that walked us through every phase of the sales experience. In fact all other representatives from the service department thro concerned sale person that walked us through every phase of the sales experience. In fact all other representatives from the service department through general manager were considerate, helpful and well humored. I would certainly recommend to any of my friends to go to this dealership when looking to buy a car. More
