What can i say about Hector Pena... he was amazing sales rep, funny, patient, and very clear about what he was saying. On May 25, 2012 I walked out of CityWorld Toyota with a Beautiful 2012 Camry SE which was Exactly what I wanted and in the color I wanted! From the first day that I entered the showroom Gene Harris was ver Beautiful 2012 Camry SE which was Exactly what I wanted and in the color I wanted! From the first day that I entered the showroom Gene Harris was very attentive but not annoyingly aggressive as many sales people can be. He was extremely knowledgeable and ALWAYS made me feel that his Main concern was that I walked out of the showroom with the car that I wanted and that was exactly what happened!! Gene went out of his way to explain everything to me every step of the way. He wanted me to feel comfortable about my purchase and compared it to someone purchasing a new home, it's a big commitment. I truly believe that with more sales people like Gene, dealers would sell a TON of vehicles daily!! Gene Harris is very good at his job and I commend his Great Customer Service!! This was my 5th Toyota and the 2nd one from CityWorld since my husband leases a 2011 Camry. I went in for a certified camry and walked out with a 2012 Camry SE -- which is what I really wanted. I did not feel uncomfortable or pressured to purchase anything. I initially removed a star because of the wait time (HOLY xxxx it was long but it was Memorial Day wkend so it was to be expected), but I replaced it because Greg went above and beyond his job description (drove me home to pick up some paperwork, got my daughter something to eat...). Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and strangers alike. More
