After one of the worst experience having to go through with a dealer down a couple of block by Baychester of which I shan't name name; we weren't expecting much when we stepped in City World Toyota. To our surprise, it made the believer out of us that there in fact do exist, dealers that are more catered towards our humanity and with strong belief that most importantly all costumer are essentially people. Our Sales consultant Jimmy Johnson who went far and beyond to fulfill all our whims in-spit of our predicament, yet exceeding all our expectation with the level of competence that put us at ease... one could hardly ever forget and an exceptional experience such as this upon ones first buy. I can truly appreciate a connection on an emotional level and don't mind admitting he solely has won our loyalty towards Toyota dealership. Not to mention Cori Mason (finance consultant) who was outstanding in taking all our worries and in return giving us a sound of mind by solving all our doubts, taking the time to help us understand all our options while dispensing wise choices to a fault we couldn't be happier.
