Although, he felt he was giving me an adequate offer, it was far from it. If Toyota is offering a base Highlander @ 249 a month, how can you offer a hybrid at almost twice the rate. Considering this situation. Needless to say, I feel ripped off. Wasted my time. And furthermore, will soon file with BBB for deceptive tactics. If you advertise a price, that's what it is. If not you should show more consideration to those that justifiably feel they are deceived. More

Mike was great. He showed me that leasing a new car was actually better for me(economically as well as other factors) than buying a used car. He was right, of course. I'm delighted with the Rav4. What a waste of my time. After agreeing on the vehicle price and the trade in price, I get sent to the finance guy. i was not as impressed with mr. scharf as all of you were. after leasing 3 cars from this dealership in 9 years, i decided to buy a new car rather than buyout the last car i leased. after 9 loyal year were. after leasing 3 cars from this dealership in 9 years, i decided to buy a new car rather than buyout the last car i leased. after 9 loyal years of patronage, he made me feel like because i wasn't buying a fleet of vehicles, my business wasn't worth his time. needless to say, i haven't stepped foot in that dealership since, nor will i ever again. at my first lease, he told me that if i leased with him again when the lease was up that he would forego the cap cost. of course, when it came time to re-lease, he swore he never said that. i should have know from that moment on that it would not be a good relationship. if he can afford to let a loyal customer like me go, what chance do the rest of you have?
