Worst of experience ever. Came in for a maintenance check light and left with a $900.00 bill. They said I needed thing's done even though I just bought the car a year ago and t Came in for a maintenance check light and left with a $900.00 bill. I hope to the dealer and was told the car shouldn't of needed all these repairs. I will never go back to them again. More

Well well this was the worse experience sins I buying cars this is not my first time buying showed this gentleman the car went for a test drive ,car drove great Lexus RX 350 F sport2017, saw the car on C cars this is not my first time buying showed this gentleman the car went for a test drive ,car drove great Lexus RX 350 F sport2017, saw the car on CarGurus .the deal was made I was promised full tank gas by AJ and the sales manager seems like a very cool guy and the finance manager and that the car gonna be washed detailed!!! Remember when the deal was made the car was brought upfront and AJ sad is done now am taking my stuff from my car to the Lexus and when I touched the car it was full of dust inside noting was done when I ask about it he sad wait came after 5 min saying ow the washing department is closed mean while saying it was done !!! Then he sad come tomorrow I will take care of all those things I sad okay will do so . Next day I went they just washed the car no detailing whatsoever and he didn’t fill the gas as promised and when asked he sad ow only brand New cars gets a full tank and we don’t know what armorale you like so we didn’t do the inside!!! I was like what the F**** is wrong with this guy.... and I live all the way I. Queens was a super low service will never ever recommend anyone there has to pay almost 300$ out of my pocketed to get the car detailed :( sucks !!!! More
