City World Hyundai - Service Center

Any time you have to get work done on your car you should always expect to wait at least a few hours. So for me the time isn’t what time considering. What I’m looking at when I have to wait a while is how w always expect to wait at least a few hours. So for me the time isn’t what time considering. What I’m looking at when I have to wait a while is how welcoming an establishment is towards their customers. And these guys did that very well. All the guys were cool. The waiting area has a bathroom, chairs, a tv, vending machine and coffee & tea. But most of all it was CLEAN. Something you might not expect from a car shop. overall. Good experience and satisfied with the work that was done for the price I was charged. Worth it in my opinion. More

I’m disabled (handicap plates), I took 7:45am appt, arrived @ 7:30am to 5 cars in front of me that were taken care of before me. I had to stand outside in the cold while I waited since the waiting are arrived @ 7:30am to 5 cars in front of me that were taken care of before me. I was told I had to pay since the maintenance contract expired, I was charged $29.99 for tire rotation when Hyundai has a coupon for $19.95. More

The service guys were friendly, accommodating and asked if I had any questions about my vehicle. Which I did and the service technician walked me to my car and covered my concerns. Outstanding! There were only 5 chairs. I believe there are at least 7 lifts to work on cars so that can be tough to find a seat. I've had it where I had to leave because there were no seats and I take a walk and keep coming back to check in, which I feel wastes more time for everyone. More
