I'm a first time car buyer, and Briant literally walked me through the process with complete transparency. Professional, but cool as well, he even went as far as driving over to my area to provide me with me through the process with complete transparency. After the entire process, he even sat with me for a few minutes running down pointers and things to remember when the vehicle you're driving is yours and not a rental.
