On June 18,2024 I trade in my 2018 Nissan rogue SV AWD with higher mileage for another 2020 Nissan rogue SL AWD. with less mileage that I was looking for and needed. But the Nissan was missing so many stuffs and parts on the vehicle from the Front bumper was dented in the front but they did fixed the dent on it. Tow hood cover was missing the fog lights were damaged and missing plus the front bumper by the driver side was loose wide open and the passenger side front bumper was also the same all of them were missing it’s brackets. It does not stop there the car was missing wipers all of the front wipers were bad and the sad part was they gave me only ONE KEY. And with that I did asked the sales person many times does the car has all the 2 keys and I was told YES the other key is in the safe you will have it when all the paperwork is done All this things I mention they did not fix none of it they keep playing game on me come in on Tuesday come in on this day just like that despite I have to be calling them over and over can I bring in my car but there was no success at all then I got tired. They did not honor their promise at all. So basically they were selling that vehicle without all those aspects of it. I was badly disappointed. Now I have to spend my own money and all this stuff are expensive plus the labor to buy and fix all this parts that are missing they could have done it but you know what they don’t care. Now I regretted why I got this car from Hyundai and this is all I have to go through is nonsense. My car I trade in nothing was missing everything was 100% up to date. I have been with Nissan since 2010 and this is the first time I got a car from a dealership with this problem that I will never forget. More

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received after purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Hyundai Kona from your dealership. While the buying process itself was smooth, the events that followed have left me extremely disappointed with your dealership's professionalism and integrity. Firstly, after paying for the vehicle in full, I had to wait almost a week to receive the title. This long delay was not communicated to me at the time of purchase, and the lack of transparency is concerning. As a customer, I expected that all necessary documentation would be provided promptly, especially after full payment had been made. Secondly, I was assured that a second key for the vehicle would be provided. I made an appointment with Carlos, the salesperson who handled my purchase, and he gave me a specific time and date to come in for the key. However, when I arrived at the dealership as scheduled, I was informed by Kenner that he had no knowledge of my appointment or the key arrangement. This lack of communication within your team not only wasted my time but also further eroded my confidence in your dealership. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism and apparent dishonesty I encountered after the purchase was finalized. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of service from a reputable dealership like City World Hyundai, especially when dealing with a certified pre-owned vehicle. I hope that this review will bring these issues to the attention of upper management and prompt corrective actions to ensure that future customers do not experience the same frustrations. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to the matter of the second key as well as the vehicle's mats (which were missing at the time of the purchase) and any explanation or compensation for the delays and inconvenience I have experienced.
