Avoid this dealership at all costs or it will cost you in time, money and aggravation. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new Santa Fe Hybrid in late April, 2021. I pai time, money and aggravation. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new Santa Fe Hybrid in late April, 2021. I paid cash, but they still left me and my husband waiting 3 hours when I went to pick up the car. I had a certified check, had the insurance in place, had an appointment etc. It never should have taken that long. Things just got worse from there. The salesperson, Roman who sold me the car wouldn't return calls or text when another issue arose. However the worst of it, was the 5 weeks after buying the car the engine light came on. I went straight to the dealership but they said they were booked up and couldn't look at the car. A few days later the oil light came on and I went directly to the nearest gas station and they had to put 3.5 quarts of oil in a brand new car. Finally the dealership got me an appointment to look at the car, the main oil seal had failed. It took almost 3 weeks to fix. I registered a complaint with Hyundai as well as with the dealership. Getting a hold of the General Manager Yadel Morales at City Hyundai is a joke. When I finally did reach him, he said he had no idea I had a problem with the car. I know he was lying or else his sales people are, because by this point several of them knew I was having a major issue with the car and they said the GM would get back to me, which of course he never did. When I finally did talk to Yadel, he promised to call me and let me know how my car was doing, but he never did and when I called the dealership trying to talk to him, once again he was MIA. I finally got my car back, but now the gas mileage is awful and this was one of the main reason I purchased the hybrid, was for for it's gasoline efficiency. How did this car go from averaging 33 MPG to 26 MPG or less? The only bright light in this otherwise awful dealership is the service center. The people who work at the center are honest, return phone calls and try their best to be helpful. Too bad the dealership that sold me the car can't do the same. I would have preferred to give them no stars, but since the service center is good, I'll let that stand. I read another review where the person said she was pressured to give Hyundai 5 stars. The salesperson who sold me the car, also kept pressuring me for a 5 start review. My guess is that all of these 5 start reviews are bogus. Buyer beware when it comes to this dealership. More

Diana was my dealer and let me just say this…. it’s very affordable and before I left she made sure I didn’t feel unsatisfied , doubts professional!
