I got there and waiting for me was the best car I’ve ever seen . Based on a few questions from our first encounter she was able to go above and beyond with meeting my needs . She was super helpful and comfortable ! She made me feel like I was speaking with a family member that had my best interest at heart . I told her I’m coming to her for everything and she assured me it would be okay ! I really only went to look at my car but this woman here can sale water to a whale at the right price and with great comfort! I told the people at Hyundai they had better keep her because she’s great !!! And she is ! More

Our agent is Diana Almonte. She graciously opened the door for my mom and I and greeted us with a welcoming smile. It immediately warmed us because she was so inviting. She was able to work her MAGIC and was able to put us into 2022 Hyundai SEL Plus. Black on Black. The color of the car is exactly what I want. I had a 2019 Ford Fusion with a lot of bells and whistles. However, Diana showed us that there was so much more that we were missing out on. For one thing, was the heated seats. I didn't need it however, once my mom sat down in a warm cushy seat, she was in love. and if mom loves it, I love it. My husband is loving the roominess of the car. I love the navigation and LOVE the fact that the car "talks" to me :) Diana was also able to get the payment level that I requested and needed. Her kindness and compassion show that City World Hyundai made an outstanding decision when they added her to your City World Hyundai family. Worked with Dayri whom was pretty nice but they should have a better sense of communication with clients. I had to call them multiple times to find out what was the process looking like. When they asked me for a co-signer, I told them I did not want a co-signer. After this they stopped the buying process, I found out by calling them to ask dayri to tell her finance manager to stop running my credit . This is due to requesting them to try only with 5/6 banks . They did not listen and ran it with more banks . I dislike wasting my time if the process is an online buying process stop forcing clients on coming into the dealership. Also if a dealership’s finance manager cannot negotiate with a bank to get an approval then why keep him working? A bank always gives a counter offer something that was not even brought to my attention due to lack of communication from finance team and sales team. My experience was not the most pleasant , due to lack of communication, sales and finance not listening to clients request. Advise: listen to clients, communicate with them more during the sales process. More
