Even when I decided I can't purchase they were GREAT Myself and my wife entered City World Hyundai to get a look for what they have to offer. I drive a Nissan Altima & was looking for a change. When I came in I browsed the showroom looking at their options. I spoke with Jose General manager he was by far the most professional person I have ever dealt with in a car dealership. He encouraged me to test drive the cars I was interested in. Which truthfully the experience floored me. Dealers in The Bronx normally want you to sign & buy before you even sit in the car. Here he gave me the keys to two different cars before any paperwork was drawn up. I have never considered or looked at Hyundai before but based on the experience I had here once I get my finances in ordered. I'm going back for my car. Hyundai Sonata sport. That car is haunting my thoughts even now. It was so hard to walk away. Even with saying no to our options he still delivered an extremely warming experience. Peter in financing was also extremely professional & honest with us on the options at hand & worked real hard to get us into the new car. Sadly we could not (heart Broken) our decision of course not theirs. But Jose I will be back. From the experience you gave me. Sir you just got a customer I know I could not buy yesterday. But I know for a fact when I am ready to make this jump I'm coming to you. Depending on how I fall for my future new car will then let me know how many future cars I will be buying from you.
