I’m disabled (handicap plates), I took 7:45am appt, arrived @ 7:30am to 5 cars in front of me that were taken care of before me. I had to stand outside in the cold while I waited since the waiting are arrived @ 7:30am to 5 cars in front of me that were taken care of before me. I had to stand outside in the cold while I waited since the waiting area was full. I witnessed an employee back a car into another car also in your care. I was told I had to pay since the maintenance contract expired, I was charged $29.99 for tire rotation when Hyundai has a coupon for $19.95. More
