I had the great privilege of working with Anass Hassouni on upgrading my Hyundai Kona from City World Hyundai for a Ford Bronco. Anass spent a lot of time talking to me about the car, building trust, and ex on upgrading my Hyundai Kona from City World Hyundai for a Ford Bronco. Anass spent a lot of time talking to me about the car, building trust, and explaining the process to me. Anass worked hard to get me the car I wanted and his customer service skills are phenomenal. It's a great dealership and I will definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade from the Bronco Sport to the Bronco. More

I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. I had a terrible experience with City World Ford. I was initially connected with the dealership via true car buying service where I received a pre-negotiated purchase offer for a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E. I was contacted by their internet sales team about my true car offer and spoke to Shaniquia G, Internet Sales Manager, who informed me that the Mach-E was a customer order that may be available if the customer decides to back out of the purchase and I am next on her list to be contacted for the vehicle if it becomes available. I maintained contact with Shaniquia for a little over a week regarding the vehicle. On Thursday 9/1/22 (4:36PM), she contacted me to inform me that the Mach-E was available and that I had to come to the dealership that day to secure the car. I was getting ready to leave for vacation the next day and dropped everything I was doing to head to the Bronx (from Jersey City) during 5PM rush hour traffic to buy this car. Shaniquia informed me that her sales rep, Robert Moquete will be waiting for me. It took me an hour in traffic (and paid tolls) to get to City World Ford by 7PM. Upon my arrival there, Robert informed me that the Silver Mach-E was not available (that the owner was driving it and will be for sale later) and instead, the red MACH-e is available. I told him I had no issue with the color if my offer stayed the same. He took me on an extensive test drive and went over every detail of the car, which is very nice of him. I am now ready to buy the car, so we head inside to do the paperwork. Robert goes over a checklist of things that need to be completed to take delivery of the car today. He asks me to fill out a credit application which I did. I asked him for the price sheet, and he took the credit app and said he will be right back. While I was waiting, I was notified via email that my credit was run so I figured everything was good with the price. To my SURPRISE, Robert comes back with a price sheet $20,000 (Mark-up) over my true-car offer. I explained to him that I came here based on my true-car offer (which Shaniquia said that vehicle was available) and I refuse to pay over that offer. I ask for a manager and Ronald Romero, Sales Manager comes. He says the offer is only good for the Silver Mach-e and he cannot do the deal on the red Mach-e. I explained my frustration that I came here only because I was told that the specific silver Mach-e was available. They even ran my credit before confirming the price with me and now refuse to sell me the car at the negotiated price (is this even legal?) Romero then proceeds to tell me that the owner is driving the car and when it becomes available, they will offer me that car at the true car price but until then, nothing can be done. So basically, I was told that a new car was available for me, Romero even ran my credit (so now I took a hit on my credit report), the owner is joy-riding the car that is supposed to be offered to me, and I must wait until he is done and take it with all the miles, he puts on it? At this point, I am furious. I did not just drive all the way out here in traffic, pay the crazy tolls, have my credit ran through multiple banks, just to be sent home? If this is how City World Ford runs their business, I do not know how Ford corporate lets them. I now ask to speak to Romero’s GSM and he said he can arrange a call the next day because it is too late in the day now. I was promised a call by Nelson Muñoz, General Sales Manager the next day and it has been 7 days and I received nothing. I contacted Robert and was ignored. I will not let this dealership make a fool out of me and I plan on contacting BBB, Ford motor Corp, True-car and anyone else I have to in order to make this right. More
Not gonna hold back. People need to know the games this dealership plays. And to be honest they are xxxxxxxx. The general manager did what he had to but that won't stop People need to know the games this dealership plays. And to be honest they are xxxxxxxx. The general manager did what he had to but that won't stop me from letting people know what's going on. These people sold me a lemon and I was in servixe 9x in 5weeks. And they refused to take the car back. I had to contact a lawyer. Post negative reviews in order to get what I needed which was out the car. The car is now for sale 3.000 less than before and the issue is still there. Nelson Munoz General sales manager Anthony Namias Sales manager John Rogo Used car manager All names above are the xxxx bags and poison in this dealership. Not only did they not respect the lemon law but they also broke the breach of contract. All names above kept sending me to service when the paper states if vehicle is in for same repair 3x and not fixed they suppose to take it back. John Rogo is def a piece of xxxx that think he can talk to you how ever he wants. And Nelson also don't know how he is a manager when he is a xxxxxxxx. You people are being warned stay away from this dealership. The 2021 ford mustang that I returned due to being a lemon is back on the lot for sale with the same issue. Don't fall victim to these guys and if you do make sure you don't stop until you get what's right. Only honest people here is the General manager, Ronald Romero☆☆☆☆☆ Rafael Tejada ☆☆☆☆☆ I also never gave permission for anyone to post my picture on this site. Below is the picture of the 2021 mustang I returned. Stay away from this dealership unless your dealing with Rafael Tejada or Ronald Romero or the General manager. They also added 10.000 on top of the price of the car. More
