Representation at its worst. CITY WORLD FORD On 1/22/2015 @ 1:30pm , I and parents visited City World Ford for the first time, we were met and greeted by Salesperson Tony. We wanted to trade in On 1/22/2015 @ 1:30pm , I and parents visited City World Ford for the first time, we were met and greeted by Salesperson Tony. We wanted to trade in for a current up to date vehicle. We made it clear that were seeking a price range between $20k-24k not interested in leasing just paying a down payment then pay the balance off with a bank check. With the selection now made a sticker that was posted on the car we have selected was given to us with the price range we were seeking a wonder vehicle. So we are closing deal but it is taking hours for the paperwork to be signed and drive away with this new car. The following day on the 23rd we returned with the down payment and without any hesitation one of the reps just asked if we have the check. No welcome to City Ford or welcome back but asked can I have the check and disappeared. We ended there for a total of 4 hours just to honor our request and have the car filled with gas and remove items that were still stuck on the car. Now we get home and review the sale receipt and find that none of the numbers are matching up with the price of the car. In fact it was a price for another car and now they are unwilling to take care of this problem but insisting we pay the balance of well over the $10,000.00 over the sticker price which vin numbers match the car. After hunting the manager down whom really did not attempt to remedy this situation. I have lost all faith in this dealership and it will not stop here. The Corporate Office will be then next step and all documents the negative practices at this dealership. More

He spent a really long time with me trying to help me choose the right vehicle for me. City World also has a very large selection of vehicles to choose from. Lamar was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. A few days later I had a few concerns about the vehicle. Due to scheduling and weather conditions Lamar was unreachable. The sales manager, Stephen Joseph was very attentive to my concerns. He too took his time with me and responded to my vehicle's needs. Stephen was great and I want to thank him and Lamar for being so professional and awesome in providing me with great customer service. Worst Dealer!! I went to the dealership on a Saturday around 1PM to check out a pre-owned Lexus. Even though the name is City World FORD, they carry other manufactur I went to the dealership on a Saturday around 1PM to check out a pre-owned Lexus. Even though the name is City World FORD, they carry other manufactured vehicles. I drove 30 miles and paid a $7.50 toll to get to the Bronx. Once I got to the dealership I was greeted by an associate. I asked for a test drive and everything was amazing. I asked for the price even thought it was on cars.com for $31,995, the representative told me $36,999.00 I was shocked!. I showed him the AD and he said okay I can give you the car for this price, ONLY if you finance with us. There was a huge dent on the car and the rear tires had no thread life on them. I asked the manager if he would take care of those two things and he said he would take care of those two things. We shook hands and we started the paperwork. The General Manager comes and says I can’t sell the car for $31,500 because he’s losing money and told me he’s not fixing the dent or replacing the tires. He also added another $1,500 for a dealer fees to the price of the vehicle. I was pissed because of the time I spent. What a waste of time!!!! I ended up buying the care from Lexus of Queens, where they don’t have a $1,500 dealer fee. More
Worse than corner garage Bench of liars. I went there first for door problem. They need to order parts. Called me to come on the next week. Went there to get it fixed. Th Bench of liars. Asked me to come back again. Went there again, was told they send the parts back, then Carlos there manager came and said leave the car and will fix it by tomorrow. Next day I called they said oh we did not have part. Top of that they said you should go to brooklyn, because you live in brooklyn. When I bought that car they never said go to brooklyn dealership. The customer service takes forever AND they are also very rude when you have a problem. It also took them over 8 months to turn my trade in over to ford, which they then attempted to bill me $800 in damages for. They never took an odometer reading, and are a bunch of liars and crooks over there. There are plenty of ford dealerships, PICK ANOTHER! More
