Not only did i call to see a certain vehicle and make sure it was available. I drove all the way from Jersey to get horrible service. To start off the guy who greeted me ask if he could help. I advised him I had an appointment to see a certain vehicle. He checked with a girl whom I assume was the girl that spoke with me over the phone. They looked into the system to see which car I was there for and both started to laugh. I tried not to think much of it but the guy came back and said to me give me a couple of minutes. He went to the front desk and told the guy there what we were there for and laughed and started to look at a lunch menu. Me and my parents stood there for about 15 minute with no word as to what was going on if someone was going to help us or not. When i asked the guy at the desk he said oh you need help. I was like what else would I be standing here for. He go another salesman because the first one that was laughing with the girl took another customer that came in after us. That is when I was informed that the car that I was there for was sold. So why was I not told this from the beginning or better yet why not call me and advised me knowing I was coming from NJ. So he decided to go take me see other vehicle which were obviously more expensive. The bate and switch routine. The salesman who was helping us at this point showed us two cars that we did not like and he stated that he was going into the office to see what was in our price range. He never came back and it was raining outside and we was waiting for him as he had told us to do. When we went back inside he was helping someone else who had came in totally disregarding us. This has to be the worst service and bait and switch I had ever seen. I will post in all my social media what happen with me and copy this same exact review with your dealers information. I may not have been purchasing an expensive vehicle at this time since it was for my father to get around, but I currently have a 40k vehicle which the lease is up next year good service brings people back. Plus I have tons of friends that live in the bronx, Id rather personally pick them up and drive them 50 miles out if it means they won't purchase from your dealer. More

Horrible! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! If you want a vehicle there the last place you want to go to, poor communication, they call you 24/7 to get you in there but onc HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! No phone calls, no emails no updates NOTHING! I ordered my Ford Explorer 2017 from the factory plant to be built, was told it was going to go in right away, I go to the dealership a week later and John tells my mom that he just put the order in, but it was their loss because I went to Scarsdale Ford and they are so wonderful and their ratings don't lie. Scarsdale was very professional and I walked out with my car 2 days after I made the request, I got all the features that I wanted in the car and MORE!!! Ford Explorer 2017 xlt 4wd, 201a package, bliss system and cold weather package!!! PEOPLE GO TO SCARSDALE FORD IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE!!!!! DONT GO TO CITY WORLD FORD YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Titanium My lease was coming up and I was looking for an upgrade in vehicle without an upgrade in payments. Nick and Amadou at City World were fantastic. I was My lease was coming up and I was looking for an upgrade in vehicle without an upgrade in payments. Nick and Amadou at City World were fantastic. I was able to upgrade from my 2013 Ford Edge SEL into a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium for almost the exact same payments on my current lease. I was out of my old car and into my new one within a couple of hours. They were really nice and accommodating and even topped off the gas tank for me. This is my second experience with them and I have to say each time gets better and better. Definitely recommend the guys at City World to anyone looking to get a new FORD. More
Worst Experience Ever Went there with my mother to help her get a car. Got there at about noon and left at almost 9 pm. Their excuse was that the car was not where it was supposed to be and that they only had one driver to get the car and other orders in front of ours. What ever the excuse it was, there was no reason to keep anyone for almost nine hours in the dealership. The salesman was ok but the finance guy, rude as xxxx. Come on, my mother has an 820 credit score and you treat us like S....! The only reason why we endured this predicament was because I had to fly back to Florida the next day. Other than that, I would've walked out. The finance guy also when we threaten to take our $5,000.00 down back, he did not want to give it back. I would never ever recommend anyone to this place. It is a shame that Ford has not pulled their flag from this dealership. They should be ashamed with this type of service. More
