The worst experience I ever had buying a car. Within five weeks of me owning a car that I bought straight cash, I had an electrical shortage that prevented my trunk from opening. The service department told weeks of me owning a car that I bought straight cash, I had an electrical shortage that prevented my trunk from opening. The service department told me it would take 2 to 3 days to fix. It took three weeks and four days. I bought a Ford Explorer truck. They gave me a rental car of a hatchback sedan. When I said I should get an SUV like the one that I bought, Anthony the manager told me that I have to pay the difference if I want an SUV. I bought a vehicle that sits seven people. And they gave me a car that barely holds five. Of course I did not except the vehicle because it was not going to for fill my needs. Then to top it off, when I said I want to return the vehicle with only five weeks of me owning it. Anthony the manager told me that I will have to trade in my car and take a $9000 loss. Now here I am six months later, and the car is still giving me issues. And I have to keep taking days off from work to get a car serviced, I will never ever buy a car from this dealership again. When I explained all the hard ache and headaches that I have been going through with this car, the manager Anthony said to me and I quote “that’s Business” 🤷🏽♂️. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer with 8000 miles on it for $30,000 cash. Within a matter of five weeks of me dealing with many issues with the vehicle and asking to replace the car, they only wanted to give me $21,000 value for it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. They do not value customers. They just want to get rid of inventory. No matter what issues the vehicles have.
