They Did not go over the car in detail when I picked it up, they handed me the key and left. They Lied about many things such as telling me car was a 4 cylinder when it is only a 3 cylinder. I was told it had a 4 wheel drive lock button which is does not. I can keep going on. The manger was in a rush when writing up the contract and I wasn’t able to go through the contract properly, when I did there were items added in that I did not agree on they also increased the price of the vehicle on the contract which I did not agree to. When I called to discuss this with a manger I was told they where busy. More

I brought my escape to be diagnostic and they had it for 5 weeks. Than I was told it wasn't under warranty. It had the same issues as before which I brought it there in January.
