Service doesn't disappoint!!!! My 2011 Jetta TDI had an air conditioning problem and I brought it into Highland VW. I didn't buy it from them and I haven't been a client for service My 2011 Jetta TDI had an air conditioning problem and I brought it into Highland VW. I didn't buy it from them and I haven't been a client for service and they knew I am headed to the east coast yet they treated me as if I had been there from day one. Turned out my air conditioning pump failed and needed replaced. Luckily I have the Platinum Warranty from VW which was worth every penny to buy. I also had them do an oil change and brake flush. They had all that done in two days even with having to order a pump overnight. Sheryl Casey my service rep. was awesome she walked me through every process and kept me at ease with what needed to be done. The price for service is better than fair compared to less competent VW dealers in Lake County Indiana. They installed a new compressor which Fidelity Warranty paid for without issue and returned my awesome TDI to me all clean and shiney. They are a branch off from Orland Park VW in illinois and have been in the area for about a year. If you own a VW especially a TDI this is the place to take it for competent and fair priced service.. If you'd like to own one I'd say this would be the place to look to buy one from and have them keep it well serviced!! More

I can't tell you how much this dealership Helped me! They saved my cross country trip when my car started billowing black smoke on the highway! I need to call out Sheryl Casey in particular for outstanding service, but everyone involved from the service manager to the service techs were exceptional- in fact "truly exceptional" across the board.
