Battery fix and tire light item. My 2014 EOS had a battery issue. From the time I called Roadside Assistance to heading back home was supper quick. He explained what the service techs would do, and when it would be ready. The tech found a nail in the tire, talked with me personally about it, then did the work in very little time.
