Should I bother whit an appointment? Even though I made an appointment I have to wait almost 3 hrs to get my car fix, which was fix 1 TIRE. Disappointed I had an amazing experience when purchasing my 2018 R-Line Passat, however even getting someone to call me back for an appointment took several attemp I had an amazing experience when purchasing my 2018 R-Line Passat, however even getting someone to call me back for an appointment took several attempts. I was also disappointed because my car was in the shop twice and still no follow up as to why the radio kept shutting off on its own. I brought the car in initially for an oil change among other things and they didn't even reset the oil change notification on the dash, additionally the wrong sticker was put on the top left corner for a next oil change reminder. I will not pass judgment Maybe everyone just had a bad day. I will give the service center one more chance before I start taking my vehicle elsewhere. More

Terrible Service We've been waiting 3 weeks for parts - the cables for the broken emergency brake from when we purchased the certified 2017 VW Sportwagon. No one has We've been waiting 3 weeks for parts - the cables for the broken emergency brake from when we purchased the certified 2017 VW Sportwagon. No one has called us. We had to call over a week ago to find out that the parts weren't available. Originally, we were told that someone would call us in 2 days from when we dropped off the car, but a whole week went by without a call so we had to call the service department. Still waiting for the parts to come in... After visiting the dealer in person to check on the status of the parts order, we found that the parts were actually received by the dealership. We made an appointment for the next morning and our vehicle was repaired. We appreciate the service department making up for our inconvenience. More
