Great Professional Service I brought my car in for an oil change and intended to use a service coupon. However, there was a miscommunication between the service writer, Brandon, I brought my car in for an oil change and intended to use a service coupon. However, there was a miscommunication between the service writer, Brandon, and me. When the car was completed, I felt I was being overcharged. I brought the invoice back to Brandon and he made an adjustment. I didn’t look at the invoice and brought it to Phoenix, the cashier. She told me the amount (which I felt was excessive). I tried to find the amount of the service, I had agreed to, via the internet. However, I couldn’t. I said I would pay and that would be my last visit to Autobarn VW. Phoenix suggested that I speak wit the manager because Autobarn does not want unhappy customers. I returned to the service counter. Brandon saw me and asked about the problem. He went over the invoice and I learned of our miscommunication. He made an adjustment and the situation was resolved. I’m very happy with my experience.
