Beware buying a used vehicle "As Is" from here. Right headlight as out as well as the left fog lights and a bluetooth issue that should be resolved prior to putting the vehicle on the market. Inspect everything as good as you can when buying a used vehicle from here or you'll get taken advantage of. More

When I pulled in for both my appointments, someone was there to greet me both times right away. Also the warranty work that was needed I felt comfortable leaving knowing the issue was fixed, unlike the pr there to greet me both times right away. An overall good but mixed experience. I came here to service my car in 2023 (for my car shaking when I drove above 40-50 mph) and also later sell my car. My car service/repair experience: I first worked with Jason Goodnight who frankly messed up and dropped the ball on my car servicing. I told Jason several times that I had an extended warranty for my car, I asked him to check my Volkswagen extended warranty (which I paid about $1800 for when I bought my CPO car back in 2018). Jason point blank told me that my extended warranty does not cover the repair and I ended up having to pay $1440 for my car repair. It is strange to say but LUCKILY the first repair did not end up fixing the issue and I came back and worked with Melissa De La Rosa who was amazing. Melissa actually checked my extended warranty when I requested and ended up saving me thousands of dollars for car repairs. I called my extended warranty and realized that Jason Goodnight never even submitted a claim and checked my extended warranty! So in retrospect Jason's negligent mistake cost me $1440 that I never should have had to pay. Melissa came in and saved the day. She was extremely helpful in helping me navigate between the VW service dept and VW extended warranty to submit proper paperwork and receive reimbursement. Through Melissa, we were able to identify the issue and actually fix the car shaking issue as well. Unfortunately the extended warranty only reimbursed about $840 of the $1440, so I was still $600 short due to Jason's mistake. However, Boris helped with this (story below). Later on I decided to sell my car to VW Evanston. And to be honest the only reason I even considered selling my car here was because of my positive experience and help from Melissa. Boris was very helpful and kept in contact with me. Boris was very good about phone calls ie following up and answering his phone. Once I decided to sell the car, he made the process very easy. On top of that I had told Boris about Jason's mistake costing me $600 and we were able to factor that into my car sale to VW evanston. Once an appointment time was set, I came in, worked with Ian Edmonson, and was helped promptly and very efficiently. Ian explained everything well and was really helpful. The process was painless, and I am happy with my car sale price and the overall process. Overall, I am annoyed that so much headache could have been avoided if Jason Goodnight had actually checked my extended warranty when I asked him. However, I am extremely thankful to Melissa De La Rosa and she should be commended with her hard work and ability to navigate the system of the service department and extended warranty. Melissa should also be commended on her patience as I was very frustrated at times due to Jason's mistakes, and Melissa was always professional and polite even when she did not have to be. Melissa really saved the day for me and many many thousands of dollars. Thank you, Melissa! More
