She asked for the sale with grace like any good sales person should. She asked me what I needed to make a purchase, I told her, and she worked with the manager to make it happen. I got the car below list which afforded me service options which would’ve been costly down the road. I’m happy to say I’m loving my Jetta and I would certainly go back to Autobarn VW of Evanston and recommend any friends go as well. I would appreciate it if any of my enemies didn’t go there though, because they will get too good of a deal. :) j/k I have no enemies. The service and car are great. Thanks Iryna and team! More

All the service reps (including the manager) have been professional, pleasant, efficient, and able to deliver what I want in a time and cost-efficient way. My Jetta lease will be up next June and I am really considering staying with Autobarn because of their outstanding service department.
