DID NOT GET THE ANSWER I WAS LOOKING FOR i met some great employees there. The on;y thing the employees cannot do more than what they are instructed to do. Was my 2010 ROUTAN under the same i met some great employees there. The on;y thing the employees cannot do more than what they are instructed to do. Was my 2010 ROUTAN under the same recall as thr over 12,000 others which were recalled for an engine stalling as you are driving it and the steering wheel locking ( cannot say that how criminal not to be aware of such risk!)? YES but I guess this is not what VW USA wants to hear.... so you are dealing with the CORPORATE secrecy and you are happy that you and your family did not crash. Then you pay the bills: VW not very CUSTOMER CARE oriented....HELP!!!!! More
