Test drove the car,and was able to agree on a fair price with Jackie without all of the hassle found at other dealerships. Service Cost Sticker Shock I brought my 2013 low mileage Jetta sedan in for a normal service and was quoted a reasonable price of approximately $500.00 and a service time of 1.5 I brought my 2013 low mileage Jetta sedan in for a normal service and was quoted a reasonable price of approximately $500.00 and a service time of 1.5 hours on Thursday Oct. 31. Because I was told it was a routine service, I expected to have my car back no later than 12 noon. I got a ride home which I appreciated and then waited. The service person was more like a salesman, giving me a lot of talk about my car, what it needed and though we both acknowledged I don’t drive that much it only has 37K miles. Anyway, when I picked up my car I got a bill for $1114.00 which was absolutely exorbitant, unexpected and I told the service person that I will never bring my car back to this VW dealer. More

Estimate time and money suck. VW doesn’t change the game. I made an appointment. The tires I ordered were not available. Came back the next day. Estimated time to complete was 2.15 hours. 3.5 hours later. Do I made an appointment. The tires I ordered were not available. Came back the next day. Estimated time to complete was 2.15 hours. 3.5 hours later. Done. Cost estimate did NOT include alignment and all the xxxxxxxx disposal fees. And the estimate I was given was not in the system. There’s no record of my multiple calls. What the xxxx is the point of a system if it doesn’t work ? Wasted 1.5 hours of MY time and the estimate was off $218.50. xxxx that xxxx. More

I was in a bind with a leased car that wasn’t up till March next year and My experience in purchasing a new car with Evanston Autobarn VW was great! I was in a bind with a leased car that wasn’t up till March next year and needed a bigger car for our growing family of five. With a baby due any day now I couldn’t wait till March. Working with Ricky and Narcis was a pleasant experience. Not only did they help get me out of the lease early without it costing me but they helped me get the exact Atlas that I wanted from another dealer and customized it to get the black wheels I desired. They made the entire process easy and their professionalism was appreciated. More
