The Waiting Game buying a car isnt usually a good experience in general but this one was a rough time. Felt at times like they didnt want to sell the car. When I arrived the car wasnt there. The manager had decided to take it home the night before and show up late. The car was not washed or vacuumed or wiped down. I gave this a pass due to the covid. I left for a test drive (a very long test drive which was very nice of them = 1 Star) asking for an appraisal on the car I brought in so we can make this a quick deal and asked to run my credit so we can get it out of the way. I came back over an hour later and nothing had been done. I sat for over an hour waiting. This is in light of the covid pandemic. I saw there was some small damage on the car during my test drive and asked for a price reduction on the car. The manager asked me to show him the damage and then after doing so pretended that was priced in. If you needed me to show you it you probably didnt know it was there. Frustrated I left. Why buy a car from someone that doesnt want to sell it. The next day George called me. He apologized for the issues and we agreed to a deal. Frankly my gut was saying no no no all over on this one. George is the only reason I wound up buying this car. We had a deal and did it over the phone. Said financing would call me shortly to finish this up. Once again I waited and waited and waited. Over 2 hours for a call back. This considering they already had my credit information. Finance calls me at the very end of the day. The deal has changed now there is a 5%+ interest charge per month (Credit score north of 800). Deals off. Georges brother Jason calls and explains the issue. Good brother really cares and George felt awful. Still decided deal was off. After the weekend George once again calls and we work out one last deal. I still look back wondering why I bought the car after all this. More

I had The worst experience EVER. To start Ricky was my salesman. He was uninformed about the cars I was I interested in. He lied and sold me a car telling me it had CarNet when come to find out days late salesman. He was uninformed about the cars I was I interested in. He lied and sold me a car telling me it had CarNet when come to find out days later as I’m trying to set up it doesn’t. His response to this was “My Bad”. So unprofessional. I spoke with Dan the manager after i had to drive 30 min back to the place because he never called me back like he said he would. We come to an agreement that he will have them install a remote starter. This would have semi made this better and I was Going to remove my previous review and write how he made things better. Unfortunately the review is going back up but I have More things to add as this has been xxxx! He wasted over 5 hours of my time. Told me i had an appointment later that week when i didn’t indeed have one. I had gone back and fourth 5 times when my car was never ready. I ended up speaking with the GM Narcis who assured me i would revive an email by this past Tuesday with the manual because no one was able to figure out how the starter actually worked. I come to find out the gave me the cheapest one possible and i have to be in front of the car to have it work. This DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A CAR STARTER!! I had called Narcis to understand what was going on and why I still Have not gotten the manual, yet he ha yet to call me back. I’m assuming because he knows I’m not happy with any of this. So now I have A car that I cant Use the starter since I live in the city. My parking spot is next to my building and it doesn’t work. They said they would upgrade me if I paid Half! This is not something I shoukd Be paying anything for due to the fact i bought a car under the impression I coukd Start my car from my phone!! I should Have returned the car all together. It’s unfortunate as I see a lot of people and blog about these things. 2 of my family members asked if they should go to the same dealership (not knowing this yet) I had To tell them to go to a different VW and told them what happened. They both just bout brand new atlases and another cousin is in the market as well. This location has zero communication between one another let alone costumers. I’m extremely unhappy and plan on reviewing on every site I can find, so other people don’t go through the same thing as well. This was supposed to be an exciting thing. I was Treating myself after going through lot of very bad and hard medical issues and beating odds after something that happened to me. Not that this should matter. They absolutely ruined the whole thing and I still Have a car that doesn’t have the main thing I needed. I plan On writing the better business bureau as well. This is not a small thing and in the end all that happened was my time being wasted and me losing out on money. More
