Awesome Customer Service I experience nothing but the best customer service with Justin Russo. I recently return my car for a fail water pump replaced 1 year and 22 days from I experience nothing but the best customer service with Justin Russo. I recently return my car for a fail water pump replaced 1 year and 22 days from today.. After being told that my car missed the warranty deadline by 12 days, Justin work with the Managers to ensure that my water pump was replaced with no penalties or fees. He made sure I had reliable transportation (Loaner car) during the repairs and kept me inform throughout the process. This is not my first time visiting this facility but this is the first time I felt like me and my car matter.. Thanks you Justin Russo for being a awesome and valuable asset to the Volkswagen Family! More

Best service anywhere I’ve been going here since 2012 even though there are other authorized service centers that are closer I love the service I get here. Justin even take I’ve been going here since 2012 even though there are other authorized service centers that are closer I love the service I get here. Justin even takes off services that he thinks are frivolous from my regular maintenance. My next car will be a VW just so I xan keep coming here. More

My blood pressure went up 200!!! Terribly bad service is deceiving the clients with a forced diagnostic that is not necessary neither requested by the client, then when you claim they Terribly bad service is deceiving the clients with a forced diagnostic that is not necessary neither requested by the client, then when you claim they tell you that they going to credit these $ 150,00 of this money if you complete the labor for the replacement in the first hour but at the end they put you another extra time to get back the money of the required not neither requested diagnose. they wanted to charge me $ 643.00 for a seat heater module 5k0 959 772 and a total of 20 total minutes of labor I refused to pay the extra hour I did the swap part in minute only. The diagnose it was not relative to my defect with the heater on the seat only the multimeter was used and alone I take him/her a 15 total minutes for the checkup.on faulty part. More
