Terrible experience I purchased a nice vehicle from this place back in November 2018 and the car did not pass inspection because the back tires were bad and the brake pad I purchased a nice vehicle from this place back in November 2018 and the car did not pass inspection because the back tires were bad and the brake pads in the back were worn down. We were over charged for registration of the vehicle and Alexandria(the secretary) told me we would get reimbursed. She continued to tell me she mailed the check but she never sent anything out. We were charged $750 for car maintenance and we had to buy two new tires, new brake pads and an oil change. We pulled off the lot on E. I called immediately and asked if they gas up their vehicles, I was told no they just put a little bit of gas in. We barely made it to the gas station down the street. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are liars and they try to get all the money they can take from the customers. More

Liars Went to City Motor Group to purchase my first car. While taking the car for the test drive I noticed the brakes were making a grinding sound, however Went to City Motor Group to purchase my first car. While taking the car for the test drive I noticed the brakes were making a grinding sound, however Eddy told me that was because the car had been sitting on the lot for a week. They would not negotiate on price at all but I ended up purchasing the car because I did like it. 2 days after purchasing the car I took it to a Nissan dealership so they could perform a multi point inspection, and was told my brake pads were at a dangerous level and it was illegal to sell a car like this. After calling City Motor Group multiple times as well as emailing them, they will not return my calls. They claim that the cars go through a "comprehensive mechanical and electrical" check, but this is a lie. Stay away from this dealership! More
