I was faced with a $3,000 transmission repair bill on a 22 year old Plymouth Colt Vista. Well, time to go car shopping and see what's out there! I was heading back out to the beaches to look one more time at a car that might suit me, but the car I was looking for caught my eye! But they wanted a whole lot of money for it. I was about ready to buy it when we missed our turn and had to make a U-turn. That U-turn brought my by City MItsubishi, where I saw the same year make and model of the car I wanted... for $5,000 less! Went home, did a lot of research on the company and the vehicle, so when I went back the next day to inspect the car, I felt comfortable in talking with Charles. During the closing, they explained each and every form that I was signing thoroughly. Any and all questions were answered promptly and honestly. I got a better price than I expected and was actually able to pay for the car in cash. I waited a few days before writing this to make sure that there was no "buyer's remorse". Nope. No buyer's remorse here. I am extremely happy with the car and the dealership. I should have went here in the first place and saved myself the time and energy and gas looking elsewhere. More

I appreciate the establishment calling back to check on me after the sale was complete just to make sure allwas working well and that I was still pleased with the sale. The entire team was very professional and took the time to explain all details to me, which inlcuded many functions of my new vehicle. The purchase price even included road side assistance for 5 years....how cool is that. The car has excellent gas milleage which was most impressive. Went with my mom to buy her a car, I felt she got a great deal on her car. As I was walking out Bruce told me that he could get me out of my car and into one of his. I explained that according to the figures that I had looked at online that I was about 4000-5000 upside down. He stated that I would be surprised about the deal he could get me. We left at 630 that night, I went home and looked online and found a SUV I wanted. I called him and said I was coming up. I arrived around 745 pm. I left about 915 with my new SUV. He got me out of my car, we added a lot of options to his and I financed less then the sticker price. I am very happy. And I received a 2.4% interest rate and my credit is not the best. Will shop their again. More

UPDATE: I can no longer recommend this dealer I recently had bought two more cars from this same dealer--immediately after my purchase the dealer changed ownership, and I was supposed to be refund I recently had bought two more cars from this same dealer--immediately after my purchase the dealer changed ownership, and I was supposed to be refunded money for purchased gap coverage and maintenance contracts on the cars I had previously bought from them and traded in. About $440 of the refund on gap coverage was supposed to come from the dealer (the rest was the responsibility of the gap coverage company which was paid in full) but they have told me since the dealer is under new ownership it is not their responsibility, that that money was the responsibility of the previous dealer owner but they apparently had no plan in place to handle such a thing or even get in touch with the prior dealer owner! Considering that I have purchased FIVE cars from this dealer in just the last two years or so and they've even told me in the past I've been one of their best customers, I can't even comprehend their attitude. I will NEVER do business with this dealer again other than anything related to my Mitsubishis that cannot be handled by anyone else. More

Their prices are not horrible but I would rather work with Orange Park or Deland to avoid the dishonest tactics of City Mitsubishi.
