Very disappointing experience. Every question I asked about the vehicle, the reply was no problem, no problem. We had a concern about the vehicle possibly being in a flood. There was no visible indication and the Carfax was clean, but everything was to clean and pristine for a 2015 vehicle, almost like everything had been recently replaced. When I pressed the issue the reply was no problem, we can run the Vin number through a website that lists flood damaged cars. Then we started getting strange answers like after trying for 10 minutes with not positive facial expressions, the gentleman said I'm sorry only the manager can access this website? The manager was appraising my vehicle and we waited for him to return to access the flood website, but when he returned he walked right past us and never even acknowledged our presence. On top of everything else, they only offered 30 day warranty on a $50,000 car. Sorry no can do!! As I said in the title, this experience was very disappointing. More

run away !!! Eagerly awaiting the Outlander PEHV. None on their website but when I called they said they had 2 in stock. Went in next day with questions and was told by the salesman he was the resident hybrid expert. Told him we were buying one but not for 3 months when our current lease runs out. Salesman immediately lost interest and told us we could not take one for a test drive. Asked to at least look at one to check out comfort etc. but was told we could not turn it on to look at the instrumentation display because it would fill the showroom with exhaust!! It's an ELECTRIC CAR for goodness sake there is no exhaust. Salesman then walked away and never acknowledged us again. Called me at home asking when he could do the paperwork. NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP More

Price advertised was $1000 lower than real price This dealership is Shady went in to look at two different cars test drove them on the second test drive I told the salesperson this car is listed at 1 This dealership is Shady went in to look at two different cars test drove them on the second test drive I told the salesperson this car is listed at 13000 she said carguru listing for a thousand less than the actual cost the actual cost is $14,000 they also told me they would give me pay off on my trade in when we were looking over process and paperwork they gave me 400 less than payoff on my trade-in and had the car priced at 14000 which was listed for 13000 I do not recommend the Shady people for anything to include the service manager was driving one car with his clothes nasty boots and gun in the car. More

Bad Engine Bad Car I cant even give these guys 1 star. The car I purchased had low miles, looked clean, car fax report looked clean. 1 day later it was making noises. Well, thats far from normal. I spent over $10k in repairs.Now i am suspect this was a wrecked or some trash car. I am determined to find out. Do not buy from this dealer. DO NOT. More
