Lucky for me the class action is paying for 85% of the replacement but these slime xxxxx won't even pay for the other 15%. I even bought an extended warranty through them and they won't pay either. I'm suing the xxxxxxxx. Looking for a good lawyer now. More

It was well priced and seemed to good to be true. The Carfax on their site reported 1 minor fender bender that had been repaired, but I had a gut feeling and contacted a reputable BMW dealership and they looked up the VIN which revealed 3 incidences and body work had been done. Dishonest dealer that gets all their used cars from auctions cheap because they’ve all been wrecked/manufacturer buybacks etc. Also their 3rd party extended warranty company isn’t even BBB accredited so be weary of using that. They will tell you some BS that it’s affiliated with Allstate, yet the website makes no mention of that or anything warranty related honestly. The place is dirty and the sales members are sleazy all the way up to the owner. More

Finally today, October 8th, my wife called and refused to accept a transfer to a random voicemail and was told that all documents would be sent FedEx. We’ll see. Found my dream car! I have been wanting a BMW since I was younger. I have looked for several months online. As I was looking at City Mitsubishi dealership I found they I have been wanting a BMW since I was younger. I have looked for several months online. As I was looking at City Mitsubishi dealership I found they had a nice selection of luxury vehicles like BMW, Lexus, and more. I found about 4 BMWs that was within my price range and style. I went up on a Sunday evening after they were closed assuming I wouldn't get hassled by a typical cars salesman. My husband and I looked and found some that we were interested in test driving. I then emailed Jasmine about coming down possibly test driving some vehicles and made her aware I was interested in the BMWs. My husband had to work late 2 days in a row so I never made it in until the 3rd day. Jasmine continued to keep in contact with me via email. On my way down to Jax, Jasmine called and I told her we were finally on the way. When I got there, I walked in and she said hello and then turned me over to Ryan. He already had the BMWs parked on the side awaiting for the test drives. Ryan was very patient and listened to what I was looking for. There were certain bells and whistles that I preferred over the others. Ryan was also honest in the upkeep of a car like a BMW and was also honest about the different ones we test drove. He was not pushy what so ever. I still liked the first one I drove but it was out of our price range and I didn't think we could afford it. However, Ryan sat us down along with the finance manager and we were approved and for our price range! I now have my dream car with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend City Mitsubishi for anyone looking for a vehicle. More
