It was well priced and seemed to good to be true. The Carfax on their site reported 1 minor fender bender that had been repaired, but I had a gut feeling and contacted a reputable BMW dealership and they looked up the VIN which revealed 3 incidences and body work had been done. Dishonest dealer that gets all their used cars from auctions cheap because they’ve all been wrecked/manufacturer buybacks etc. Also their 3rd party extended warranty company isn’t even BBB accredited so be weary of using that. They will tell you some BS that it’s affiliated with Allstate, yet the website makes no mention of that or anything warranty related honestly. The place is dirty and the sales members are sleazy all the way up to the owner. More

Finally today, October 8th, my wife called and refused to accept a transfer to a random voicemail and was told that all documents would be sent FedEx. We’ll see. I am now driving with an expired dealer plate. More

When I show the numbers to him and he Didn’t have an answer for me, he said “sorry it’s business, nice to meet you” 😱😡🤬. I can’t believe it!!!!! it’s the worst service that I never saw before!!!! Found my dream car! I have been wanting a BMW since I was younger. I have looked for several months online. As I was looking at City Mitsubishi dealership I found they I have been wanting a BMW since I was younger. I have looked for several months online. As I was looking at City Mitsubishi dealership I found they had a nice selection of luxury vehicles like BMW, Lexus, and more. I found about 4 BMWs that was within my price range and style. I went up on a Sunday evening after they were closed assuming I wouldn't get hassled by a typical cars salesman. My husband and I looked and found some that we were interested in test driving. I then emailed Jasmine about coming down possibly test driving some vehicles and made her aware I was interested in the BMWs. My husband had to work late 2 days in a row so I never made it in until the 3rd day. Jasmine continued to keep in contact with me via email. On my way down to Jax, Jasmine called and I told her we were finally on the way. When I got there, I walked in and she said hello and then turned me over to Ryan. He already had the BMWs parked on the side awaiting for the test drives. Ryan was very patient and listened to what I was looking for. There were certain bells and whistles that I preferred over the others. Ryan was also honest in the upkeep of a car like a BMW and was also honest about the different ones we test drove. He was not pushy what so ever. I still liked the first one I drove but it was out of our price range and I didn't think we could afford it. However, Ryan sat us down along with the finance manager and we were approved and for our price range! I now have my dream car with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend City Mitsubishi for anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Best shopping experience ever!! I found a used 350Z online and called the dealership to make sure it was there. Melvin answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable. We felt like family and the GM Mr. Jackson even came down to meet us and give some fatherly advice to the newest car owner that did not need a co-signer for his purchase .You guys are awesome. More

Very disappointing experience. Every question I asked about the vehicle, the reply was no problem, no problem. We had a concern about the vehicle possibly being in a flood. There was no visible indication and the Carfax was clean, but everything was to clean and pristine for a 2015 vehicle, almost like everything had been recently replaced. When I pressed the issue the reply was no problem, we can run the Vin number through a website that lists flood damaged cars. Then we started getting strange answers like after trying for 10 minutes with not positive facial expressions, the gentleman said I'm sorry only the manager can access this website? The manager was appraising my vehicle and we waited for him to return to access the flood website, but when he returned he walked right past us and never even acknowledged our presence. On top of everything else, they only offered 30 day warranty on a $50,000 car. Sorry no can do!! As I said in the title, this experience was very disappointing. More

Went in next day with questions and was told by the salesman he was the resident hybrid expert. Told him we were buying one but not for 3 months when our current lease runs out. Salesman immediately lost interest and told us we could not take one for a test drive. Asked to at least look at one to check out comfort etc. but was told we could not turn it on to look at the instrumentation display because it would fill the showroom with exhaust!! It's an ELECTRIC CAR for goodness sake there is no exhaust. Salesman then walked away and never acknowledged us again. Called me at home asking when he could do the paperwork. NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP More
