I brought a car from Omar on November the 12th of this year. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and thought I had made a good deal. However after a week of driving the car , I started having pr year. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and thought I had made a good deal. However after a week of driving the car , I started having problems, took the car to Nissan dealer and discovered the car had been in an accident.I was very upset and took the car back to Mitsubishi expecting to get the runaround about how I bought the car as is. To my surprise Eric the sales manager was very apologetic and said let me make this right. They allowed me swap out the car for a newer model and at the same price i paid for one I bought. This kind of customer service is unheard in today’s business world. Thank you so much for your help and understanding. Eric and Omar are the best. I would highly recommend city Mitsubishi to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More

I needed to purchase another car because mine was totaled in a car accident. I searched online and a car at City Mitsubishi caught my eye a 2018 Mercedes Benz, so I went in. Right off the bat when the car sa in a car accident. I searched online and a car at City Mitsubishi caught my eye a 2018 Mercedes Benz, so I went in. Right off the bat when the car salesman Montrose was explaining a product that they offer for $1299, I told him that I did not want it, the manager, Charlie came over and insisted that I had to purchase it. When I grabbed my keys to leave the manager Charlie interjected "Is that the only thing that's keeping you from purchasing this car then we can take it off." Slimy. I went for test drive in the car and inspected the car and noticed things like peeling tent, and a missing sensor on the front left of the car. I asked questions and was told that the car was inspected thoroughly. I took the car home for a test drive and it was my intent to purchase the car. In my contract I agreed to put down $5,500, however on the way to the bank, I stopped by Mercedes Benz body shop and the tech had me film him showing me all off the damage to the front bumper, apparently from when the previous owner pulled to far up when parking and ripped the bumper off when backing up. The clips were broken and not attached and you could literally pull the bumper/grill up with your hands. I took the estimate and the video to City Mitsubishi and called the finance company that approved me and told them about the damage on the car that was not disclosed. I explained to both the finance company to whom the car actually belongs until I am finished paying for it, as well as City Mitsubishi that the amount the car cost is too much to pay for a car with this kind of damage. They claimed they did not know the damage to the entire front grill. he finance manager, Jim, watch out for him because he pretends to be nice, but he's not. He had the audacity to say "how do we know that you didn't cause the damage while I was test driving it." He said I was looking for reasons not to purchase the car and there were certainly way too many. The nerve. I had to take him outside and show him the damage and the old mix matched paint the previous owner used to try to cover up the damage. There was a lot of back and forth and not nice words exchanged and a bad deal all together. Finance Manager Jim, and Manager, Charlie made this a harrowing experience. I asked each and every one of them is this a car you would sell to your mother, sister or daughter and they all said yes. I guess because I am a woman and went in there alone, they could get over on me. I am not the one. Please if you buy a car from ANYWHERE READ YOUR CONTRACT! MAKE SURE THE STARTING PRICE IS CORRECT!! MAKE SURE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT IS APPLIED! AND QUESTION ANYTHING THAT DOENSN'T LOOK RIGHT! Do not assume you can trust these car dealers because their goal is to put as much money in their pockets. Don't trust these guys, they are like fish out of water! More
Went to look at a car I saw online after calling to make sure it was still on the lot and drove down and was not disappointed! I love my new car and the sales team was very friendly. I must say I’m very disappointed with this dealership. My 19 year old son purchased a vehicle and the next day he realized he didn’t make the best decision. I called to see if they offered a 3 day return like I saw on the website and they said yes. He and his brother went in 48 hours after the purchase to itemized the 3 day return policy but instead was refused. The managers kicked them off the property after they asked if they needed to get a lawyer involved. I went up there after hearing what happened to thinking maybe an adult coming in they would honor their word on the 3 day return. I walked and asked the sales rep if all deals were final and he said they have a 3 day return policy. They instead said they would work with our son to help him trade out with something else instead. They wouldn’t let him do this through the weekend but instead had to wait till Monday where we both had to take off work to get him into something other than a BMW. When we were navigating through the pricing of the trade, I kept asking why they were charging him certain items all over again for a trade out and why there was a $2000 difference which I later realized was negative equity of this trade out. The manager got irritated with my questions becoming very rude, non professional and flat out disrespectful. He says to us, “when an adult makes a decision he needs to learn to deal with his consequences instead of someone rescuing him.” Needless to say we left before I lost my dignity and get kicked off the property. Definitely a very hard lesson to learn but I’m betting he will never make a mistake like that again. Go to another dealership. Their cars aren’t even that good. Every car tested either had water in the trunk, rotten or flat tires, rattling noises in the engine, or bad chipped and dents with rust for only 1 year old vehicles. More
