I AM committing to a car payment for 72 month, I’m going to purchase what I want! The sales manager Alvin is a tool as well. He made me feel very uncomfortable and pressured. I just went down the road to Fields Mercedes and purchased the Mercedes I wanted same day. I was telling my nephew what happened and he had the same situation when looking for a Tesla. Shady business lost two sales in one week. STAY AWAY! More
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE CROOKS they sold me an unsafe vehicle, the car was ILEGAL to drive and DID NOT disclose it, which is FRAUD, they REFUSED to fix it to manufacture spec. Today I learned that the car I traded in hasn't been paid off after 4 weeks. My credit score dropped by 37 points and my 19 years 100 % payment history has been broken by this dealer. I would like to give a zero-star review for this dealership. They tried to sell me a car that had been in 2 severe crashes with structural damage as a car with no accident history. When I confronted dealership. They tried to sell me a car that had been in 2 severe crashes with structural damage as a car with no accident history. When I confronted the salesperson ( Roosevelt Holloway), he claimed within 30 seconds that the auctioneer put the accidents on the record to reduce the price. This indicates that he knew about the accident history despite very clearly telling me a few minutes earlier that this car was clean and had no accidents. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs. Trying to commit carfax fraud. The car is a 2020 gray subaru outback limited and it is still listed on multiple websites as accident free vehicle as of 12/29/2023. More
This dealership has provided me with the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I have an ongoing issue with this dealership for the past 8 months. It was written into the deal that their bod car buying experience of my life. I have an ongoing issue with this dealership for the past 8 months. It was written into the deal that their body shop would “fix the bumper” of the car I purchased. It’s been 8 months of unanswered calls and excuses. Anytime I do get to talk to someone, it’s someone else’s fault as to why we are in this situation. It’s in writing for them to do the work and they just won’t do it. If this unprofessional and unethical behavior continues, I will be taking legal action. Please save yourself the time and frustration by STAYING FAR AWAY from this unprofessional and unethical dealership More
5/20/23- Vehicle purchased from City Mitsubishi 6/14/23- Took the vehicle to Tom Bush BMW Orange Park for post purchase inspection. Service rep informed me that the vehicle had an oil Mitsubishi 6/14/23- Took the vehicle to Tom Bush BMW Orange Park for post purchase inspection. Service rep informed me that the vehicle had an oil leak which is under warranty. I was also informed that the 2 front tires were dry rotted, and the brakes were at unsafe driving condition. She explained to me that the dealership that I purchased from should have at minimum made sure the vehicle was in safe driving condition. I was charged for a pre-inspection (which I'm sure most dealerships do), but it seems that no inspection was actually done at City Mitsubishi. I immediately contacted my salesman and he stated that he knew City Mitsubishi was not going to cover the repairs, He told me he would call me back to see what if anything could be done. He did call back and told me I would need to come up with about $350 (or more) to repair the brakes. I told him no thank you and that I will be filing a complaint. I find it appalling that consumers are essentially being put in harm's way just to make a dollar. I travel in this vehicle with my young child and elderly father and could have easily been in an accident as soon as I drove of the car lot. I don't think a safe vehicle is too much to ask, as they would want the same for their family. More
