I was greeted by Saul my service advisor at 7:30 am. I told him what I needed done, which included a recall issue and then got a ride home on the shuttle. I thought the $500 to repair the problem with the tailgate was something I needed to fix at another time. I had to ask about the recall issue and was informed that my vehicle was not affected. I asked when my vehicle would be ready. I never heard from my service advisor and finally picked up my vehicle after lunch. More

Sold me a certified vehicle with mechanical issues and body damage without disclosing after financing and giving money over the phone. Then document was signed for them to repaint the side since it was not disclosed and vehicle was painted twice only to receive the vehicle back with bubbled paint. Asked that they mail a check for the damage since the vehicle has to be painted for the 3rd time by another body shop and still after a month have not received payment after promised. One day after purchase warning lights came on the vehicle and the dealership took it for two weeks only to not fix it as promised. Worst experience dealing with this dealership. More
