My check out process was very slow and inefficient. The work on my car was completed, I had paid my bill and was in the waiting area waiting to be told my car had been brought to the front. i finally The work on my car was completed, I had paid my bill and was in the waiting area waiting to be told my car had been brought to the front. i finally looked it it was there, but no one had notified me. So i got in and left. I waited about 25 minutes from when i was told the work was completed until i left. I feel like the service rep could have done a much better job communicating with me! More

Best service ever. I needed a battery replacement and Saul Vella helped me get off to a good start. He followed up every time there was a new development with a phone I needed a battery replacement and Saul Vella helped me get off to a good start. He followed up every time there was a new development with a phone call to me. He was very reassuring if not optimistic about getting a battery quickly. But another shining star you have is Jim in parts as a manager I think. He worked miracles including getting me a loaner car after a week of no car and no battery in sight. I don't know who he talked to, maybe God, but he remained our point man through the rest of the process. Things happened fast because of him. He could not have been more helpful if he was my uncle! He guided us through paperwork, examined the loaner car with me, he is the kind of guy you always hope you find to be on your side. Jim introduced us to Saul Vela as an expert, and indeed both Saul and Jim were experts. Thank them both for the best experience you could hope for at a dealership. I love my Nissan too. More
