I have the same information I provided to Saul that I provided to a different Nissan dealership in Fort Worth (near where I live) a week ago. I left that dealership shocked in the garbage they told me (and the quote for the repair) that had nothing to do with the issue my car was experiencing. It was as if they saw a single woman coming in, would accept whatever they told me, and open my wallet. I drove all the way to bring my car for a second opinion to the advisor and dealership that I trust. I did not work with Sergio Dehoyos or Chenin Buck, and therefore rated them 1 star in order to be able to submit this survey. More

Even though the dealership was super busy since some employees were out on vacation, it did not affect the quality of customer service provided. Tyler made sure to update me on the progress of my servic employees were out on vacation, it did not affect the quality of customer service provided.
