I drove around the block to see if it would go out I saw Jayden and told him so he brought it back to the mechanic who put air in all my tires so the light went out Jayden told me that the mechanic. Forgot to check them makes me wonder what else he missed to check. This is the only time that that I received crappy service by the mechanic most of the time they do a video and show what they checked. But I love the service they have done in the past and I’ll still recommend them More

Jayden did a great job with contacting me about my vehicle being received by towing so they can work on my key replacement. I went in to City Limits Nissan after having contacted them via email after initial hesitations on going into the dealership (I absolutely abhor the car buying process well used to.) I came in and I was s them via email after initial hesitations on going into the dealership (I absolutely abhor the car buying process well used to.) I came in and I was shown around, test drove vehicles and wenthrough the process by Madison. While very young, she exhibited supreme professionalism adn friendliness. She and my son im sure bonded over the UT-GA game and I learned about her and her venture into sales as well as some other personal life stories. I enjoyed meeting her. She helped me determine exactly what I wanted in a car. She listened to my concerns and tried her best to acccomodate them. She took care of me from the moment I waked in til I almost drove home. I met the Dealership General Manager Jason who came to make me feel like family and assured me that the sale wasn't the focus but making sure I was taken care of as a person. This softened my tension from having to come in and also make such a big choice to take up another vehicle after 10 years. all points of contact thhrough the process was pleasant. I almost feel as though I do not hate the car buying process any more. I was asked for permissions to find the best offers and it gave me ownership of the process. I never felt pressured jsut informed. Every point in the process was comforting and transparent; all important aspects to making a purchase or lease in my case. I drove away in a vehicle of my choice from the same location I initally bought my Nissan Altima 10 years prior. I can say I may very well be a Nissan owner for life as I have experience nothing short of dependability in the vehichle I drove fro 10 years to trust in individuals that made sure I moved into another capable Nissan (This time a Rogue RC.) Although going back into new car ownership is always mind racking, I believe wholeheartedly I am better having had the opportunity to start again with the assistance of the team (Jason, Raul, Pedro, Ruben Madison and Jesse) at City Limits Nissan. The dealership is definitely worth going going to. Prompt service and friendly is key. They have it all. They go way and beyond to make the customer happy. Prompt service and friendly is key. They have it all. They go way and beyond to make the customer happy. More
First of all, they keep attributing my 2017 Juke info to my former 2013 Juke info for some reason, so I think I had been getting service recommendations based on that, then they didn't check a slow leak in my former 2013 Juke info for some reason, so I think I had been getting service recommendations based on that, then they didn't check a slow leak in my tire after asking about it twice, then because of the confusion between the 2013 Juke and 2017 Juke, they called my third-party warranty and thus weren't able make any progress on a current issue. It's at another dealership that is saying the current issue can be resolved different/more directly than City Limits does. The car wash has held up nicely, though. More
