Showed up for an early appointment to change out a part I had ordered months ago + an oil change. Was told to call ahead of time to make sure the part was in. It was. Took 2.5 hrs for the sales rep to ask me my permission to replace the part and said it would be another 3.5 hours for the labor. So it took 2.5 hours to only change my oil? Was quoted 1.5-2hr when I pulled up but even that felt high. Sat in the waiting room with a toddler the entire time. Top it off, after I paid I noticed the receipt had a charge for the part the didn’t replace. It wasn’t mentioned ahead of time and when I asked the rep said that they didn’t charge me the labor. Absolutely atrocious time management and an exhausting morning. Spoke to management and he didn’t ask my name or make notes on the account, just told me to “remind” him to make it right next time. More

Honestly walking in with an appointment I was expecting an hour to hour and a half wait. Diamond told me 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was like okay but there was only two other people in the waiting room. I went on an hour to hour and a half wait. Diamond told me 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was like okay but there was only two other people in the waiting room. I went on a Thursday and not even a Saturday so I can only assume that during the weekend that an oil change would take 3-4 hours of the had more people in the waiting room. Last what has me upset is that diamond said it was recommended for the tires to be rotated and balanced every 5k miles. I was a service advisor for 6 years that was never the case. Now it was recommended for rotation but a balance when my car only has 4700 miles on it is wild. I understand if my car has 20k but for my first visit, it was very disappointing. More

I purchased a used vehicle from city limits Nissan. Being that it was late on a Saturday night we did not check the car out completely. It had a few issues. I contacted them. They told me to bring it i Being that it was late on a Saturday night we did not check the car out completely. It had a few issues. I contacted them. They told me to bring it in immediately and the only questions I got asked what was wrong With the vehicle . They proceeded to fix everything I stated, and at the end they even put a new battery in my key fob so as I did not have a problem in the immediate future with it, I felt this dealership has gone above and beyond for me as a customer. I would definitely do business with them again More
