City KIA of Greater Orlando - Service Center

As part of the deal we make when I bought a brand new car for my teenage daughter, the dealer owed us the window tints install on the vehicle. We make an appointment for 9:30am an according to the service ad for my teenage daughter, the dealer owed us the window tints install on the vehicle. We make an appointment for 9:30am an according to the service advisor, they should take 4 hours and by 3:00pm the car should be ready. At 2:50pm when I approach to the service advisor to asked if the car will be ready soon, he told me that they where running behind. At 4:30pm, an hour later that the estimated finish time my vehicle was still seating in the parking lot without being touch since it was parked in the morning. After I complaint, they offered me a coupon for a hot dog after more than 6 hours waiting. The time passed and after few times that I complaint with everybody, the car came by 7:00pm all dirty (they said they will do a complimentary car wash) and with lots of bubbles on the window tints. I argued with them about the poor job they did, they took the car for another our and finally I leave the dealer at 8:00pm since 9:30am that I arrived with a car with bubbles on the window tints, hungry, an angry face and being told by the sales manager to take the car to somewhere else to fix it and he will paid for it. I am writing about the service center. I have gone twice now. Service staff are nice and friendly but the actual service has much to be desired. The girls at the reception are also grumpy I have gone twice now. Service staff are nice and friendly but the actual service has much to be desired. The girls at the reception are also grumpy and are not customer friendly. First time the wheel nuts were not tightened. I nearly had the tire coming out on the road and had to return to get it tightened. The second time after a week I observed oil levels were low. Took it back. Even though I was informed that oil was filled to level it was not so when I went home and checked.. I had to put in oil myself. Then the correct levels were indicated on the dip stick. I have been with KIA for over 15 years. Have utilized the services at KIA dealerships in Jonesboro GA, in West Palm Beach, FL and Palm Bay, FL previously. There was never a problem and never have I ever had to go back after a service or repair. I do not recommend City KIA in Orlando to anyone. More
