Damage to my vehicle OVERALL DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR. ITS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND SAD TO SEE IT BEING TAKEN CARE OF WITH NO CARE AT AL OVERALL DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR. ITS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND SAD TO SEE IT BEING TAKEN CARE OF WITH NO CARE AT ALL I had been looking for awhile due to the fact wanting a very clean like new Z. The one you had was truly spotless inside and out and the only issue the backup camera not working but was told to come back on the 6th and they would swap it out which I agreed. Now before I go further please understand I work in Nebraska and came home due to wanting to prepare my home for the hurricane that was predicted to come, so on the 7th I had to fly back to Nebraska for work. Before coming I called to make sure I would be out by 3pm because my fiancé is in a wheelchair and I had to be there at 5pm to pick her up, I was told no problem. I get to your dealership on the 6th at 11am, I ended up not leaving until 630pm. I was told originally it was the back up camera, I was then told it was my head unit, I was told they were gonna replace my head unit and camera. Then they said they fixed what was I originally had but when backing the car out it didn’t work so they were gonna put a new head unit in, the head unit didn’t fix it either so they were gonna replace the head units wiring harness, put all my old stuff back in and it worked. Now at the point it’s around 530pm and I’m very upset because not only do I have a 2 hour drive, but my fiancé has been sitting outside her work in a wheelchair because I didn’t leave the dealership by 3pm which wasn’t suppose to be a issue. I get to my car and they couldn’t find my keys, had a lighter in my cup holder, couldn’t find the remote to my head unit and my center console / shifter area has a been severely scratched up, which the mechanic admitted to doing. I then requested for a manager to come out and see which Shawn and Joe came out and seen it and said would be taken care of. I go to leave and while pulling out notice my airbag light is flashing so I go back and get told by Shawn and your shop managers that, “we didn’t do this, it just happen to come on while we had it, it only has 15k miles so take it to Nissan and they will fix it”. I was beyond heated and at 630pm I had to rush to my fiancé’s work to pick her up. Before I left Saturday for work I took it to Nissan, showed the damage and got a quote which I sent to Shawn at 9:06am and then asked if he received it again at 12:36pm with no answer which I was told when he talked to me he wanted me to have his personal cell because it’s always on him if I need him. I also had to text Keith each time to try and get Shawn to message me back. I was called by Shawn Monday the 9th and was told they would only replace the shifter bezel because his mechanic said he didn’t do all of it, only damaged the bezel but not the other damage around the bezel and if he was gonna pay for all the damage he would just want the car back so he could take it to auction and get more for the car which I thought was ridiculous to say. The reason I drove to your dealership and even paid more than I wanted is because how pristine it was being it only had 15k miles. We got off the phone as he was suppose to contact Nissan but I called Nissan at 5pm on the 9th and they said they were never contacted. I then sent a text to Shawn at 5:10pm, called and left a voice mail and today on the 11th called and left a voice mail again with no answer. *Update* I sent the owner a email rust Johnson 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. I had the silver shifter bezel sent to me but nothing else. I was told how they rewired my radio and after driving it my radio would shut off randomly and speakers would turn on and off. I took it to a stereo shop and it was the worst wiring job I have even seen so I had to pay to have it redone the right way. More

I mentioned about doing my own oil changes after this one and choosing the synthetic oil that I thought would be best. It was suggested that would be fine but need to keep all receipts and as long as Kia did the work it's always documented. While I was waiting I researched Total Oil and found out it has a 4 1/2 star. Right place at right time My car just got the engine replaced on May 2, 2019 at Jenkins Kia in Gainesville Florida before my car went in the shop it was not making any noise af My car just got the engine replaced on May 2, 2019 at Jenkins Kia in Gainesville Florida before my car went in the shop it was not making any noise after my car came at the shop with the engine replaced it was making a knocking noise so I took my car back to Jenkins Kia twice to let them know that my car did not sound the same they informed me that I needed a alternator for my car so I am on vacation on May 23 in Orlando with my family and coming back from city while my car made a noise which is started running hot we pulled all we got home and when we checked underneath the hood the belts by the alternator was popped I had to find a Kia dealer in the area where we were on vacation at which was approximately 25 miles from where we were staying I found a dealer city Kia of Orlando on Orange Blossom Trail I took my car in and the service advisor John McCollum helped me with my car he took a look at the car and realize that when they replaced my engine they didn't tie in some kind a boat inside the thing and that caused my engine to lock up in the belt to pop off and everything like that but thank God that I was in Orlando because if I had went back to Jenkins Kia they probably would've told me the same thing about the Alternator but thank God for Siri care of Orlando because they fixed my car and now my car sounds like a brand new car like before it went into Jenkins Kia John was very polite he was very helpful and they had my car fixed in a day as which drink is he had my car for over almost a month and they didn't fix the problem so thank you for Kia of Orlando John you rock More
Sunday experience I just wanted to share what a great experience I had taking my car in for an oil change on Sunday. I was a little nervous running a few minutes late a I just wanted to share what a great experience I had taking my car in for an oil change on Sunday. I was a little nervous running a few minutes late and and the gentleman outside who told me to not worry and just to leave my car keys in the car and to go inside and relax. Then as I walked in, Ismael greeted me and engaged in conversation with me In such a nice way making me feel at ease when I was rushing trying to not inconvenience anyone. Then as I waited I got a nice little massage in one of the chairs inside waiting room. Finally, when (I believe his name was Douglas) walks in, and tells me my car is ready he was so friendly as well and with a big smile made some suggestions and wished me a good day. Good service is a rare thing these days, I was also the last appointment on a Sunday (I could’ve been rushed) and I was exceptionally treated to the point my daughter didn’t want to leave!! Thank you, because delivering such great service an attention turned a tough day around for me and I left there feeling empowered by the kindness of these men!! More

My car was brought (driven) in for service they showed me a belt that I cannot say if it is or is not mine. As a believing consumer I took them at there word, but that is where it all went wrong. They kept my car 3 days past the time it was to be returned and never provided me with a loaner vehicle. The manager who was to fix the problem (Joe) left for the day with out calling, I had to call back 6hrs later to hear from another manager named Oscar that the car is ready. They told me that the recalls has been fix yet the engine is still knocking, very much in fearing to drive the car. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE DEPT More

Service & Parts Nightmare! On 8/16/2017 I scheduled an oil change at city kia on orange blossom trail. I was greeted by a service advisor name Tyrone very professional and help On 8/16/2017 I scheduled an oil change at city kia on orange blossom trail. I was greeted by a service advisor name Tyrone very professional and helpful guy. Tyrone advised me that it might be a few hours due to their being a recall on my engine and the service department had to run test to see if my engine needed to be replaced. After a few hours I get a call back stating that my car will need a new engine and that Kia will put me into a rental car. (There was no time frame on how long it would take) 8/23/2017 I called city kia and spoke with tyrone again to see what the process was on my Kia Optima. Tyrone stated that they are backed up and that they have not even touched my car and mentioned that it will be a few weeks. I was fine with that because I was going out of town for 8 days. I mentioned to him if it would be a problem if I took the rental car out of town due to it being my only vehicle to travel with he stated that he will find out and call me back. Two hours later Tyrone calls me back stating that he spoke with the service manager and they managed to put my car in front of all the other Kia optima's that have the same recall as me and that have been waiting to be serviced. I was extremely happy and awed by the services I was receiving. I was content that I would be able to travel with my own car. I asked him what is the turn around time we are looking at he said a week at this point. 8/24/2017 the VERY next day Tyrone calls me stating that my vehicle is all good to go and that I can come pick up my car any time I want that day. I mentioned to him that it was a very quick of a turn around time to take my whole engine out and the components around it and put a whole engine in with testing it out and everything he then mentioned that they had several people working on the vehicle and that its only a days work. I show up at City Kia Tyrone gives me my keys. I head out to my car open the hood of my car and turn on my car engine and notice the check engine light is turned on, the battery light is turned on and the oil light is turned on. I move my steering wheel leeft to right like if I was to turn and its super loose hardly turning my wheels. At this point I request to speak to a manager and Mr.Ken Creevy the assistant service manager comes out without introducing himself and says "whats the problem ? which one is your car" very unprofessional. Mr. Ken Creevy, Anthony Cordova the shop foreman and myself walk out to my car and I turn on my engine and they right away say that my car is not done that they will fix it really fast. How do you let a client leave in a car thats not fixed the right way and having my steering wheel loose was really what shocked me. My vehicle should not have even left the shop with out being inspected by Anthony Cordova the shop foreman. We then go inside and Ken Creevy says to me " I don't know why your upset you are the one that brought the vehicle in for the recall. " no I did not I told him I brought my perfect running Kia Optima in only for an oil change! Donald Bradfute Director of Parts & service did not resolve any problem and let the customer experience fail. I am a very disappointed client on how I was taken like a joke and no resolution was given other then keeping my car for another hour and doing a quick fix of what it seems like it was. No care was given to me nor was there any apologies on this matter. There is no explanation or fault on why I almost left with a repair that was undone and that could have caused a horrible accident. More
