Very disorganized. They made an appointment for me without asking, but I figured I could do the oil change a little bit early, no problem. The reminders were borderline harassment with the frequency, like in one day I got a text, 2 emails, and 2 phone calls confirming the same appointment. Then when I arrived, nobody seemed to know what I was there for. They just focused on trying to upsell me maintenance add-ons on a car that only has just over 3k miles on it when I already purchased a maintenance package from them. They took a long time to see me even with an appointment and then the service took longer than even estimated. When I got my car back, all of the seat and mirror setting had been changed, and the car was still dirty even though they said the car wash was included. More
