Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how nice the people are, the service quality, and timeframes are poorly managed. I brought my car in for a recall that was never an issue. Since it was."fixed," I have now ha the service quality, and timeframes are poorly managed. I brought my car in for a recall that was never an issue. Since it was."fixed," I have now had to bring it back twice, for them now to tell me after five hours of waiting that they cannot fix the problem because it wasn't handled within the right amount of mileage, even though it was the same problem that persisted. Safe to say, I'll buy the part myself and have somebody else install it, would never use the service department again. All while my "service advisor" had no idea what was going on , I was the one who told her about the update on the car, then proceeded to handle a personal errand versus attending my "diagnostic" 5 hour appointment. I'm not one to speak out on service at times because I know things happen, but all of the times that I have been to this service center. It has been very much similar to this experience. More

All I will say is that I got a “new car” “never used” only by the STAFF; scratched and misaligned. I went the next day to report the damage and they didn’t want to help us in a fair way, we had to insist only by the STAFF; scratched and misaligned. We were lied about the monthly payment, saying that the GAP insurance was included, which that insurance it’s completely separated. Honestly the most disappointed part is the lack of wanting to help.
