They refused to honor the warranty on my car. They lied about repairs they made saying I had signed agreeing to pay which I didn't. They reported that the car was worth 20k and they sold it fo They lied about repairs they made saying I had signed agreeing to pay which I didn't. They reported that the car was worth 20k and they sold it for 11k and I hadn't paid the difference. They even sent a repo man to my house to get it.. I gave them all maintenance records which they never even called either one of them. I will spend the rest of my life warning people to never by a Kia. More

They’re slow, charge for everything, make you pay for services and say it’s required. Not accommodating at all. Charged me $200 for an oil changed, looks more like a staff hang out. Worse service ive received ever i went for a oil change and they did not reset the oil light, turned on my parkin break and left it on and i couldnt figure out why my car was driving weird after i left, i and they did not reset the oil light, turned on my parkin break and left it on and i couldnt figure out why my car was driving weird after i left, i was there from 7:30am to 3:50pm this was the worst service ive ever received.
