I went to drop my mom then was advised I needed tires , then I was advised that I would have to pay nothing. Turned around and was advised my total was 321 and then my card was charged 450 very upsetting More

The first oil change took me 5 hours at the dealership, and no one could tell me how much longer it would take. This time, they supposedly offered me VIP service, and it took more than 3 hours! Completely More
