This was my first service since I bought the vehicle. I already had the absolute WORST experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in the first place when I was sold a vehicle with a very large I already had the absolute WORST experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in the first place when I was sold a vehicle with a very large German roach infestation. So I already had low expectations and I guess I’m glad I did. Waiting two hours for a simple oil change is absurd! I scheduled an appointment intentionally to avoid waiting more than an hour only to be given the same service as if I walked in. I have my twin babies with me which made 2 hours feel like 4. To make matters worse I paid additional when I purchased the vehicle for the service package that was portrayed as “such a great deal” but doesn’t even include a simple air filter? This really made me wish I stood with Chevrolet. At least their appointments never took me more then an hour and the service included the air filter as well. . I’m not happy. More
