My Kia K5 had a flat last weekend contacted roadside assistance Sunday 30 mins tech was out putting my spare. Monday I arrived at City Kia to have my tire fixed. Adan Fernandez quickly approached me and assistance Sunday 30 mins tech was out putting my spare. Monday I arrived at City Kia to have my tire fixed. Adan Fernandez quickly approached me and began to attend to my concerns. Tire would be fixed along with a rotate and balance, oil change was done and I received a complimentary car wash! Adan went above and beyond my expectations all with a smile. He is a true asset to City Kia and I will be contacting him in the future for all my service needs. Thank you Adan! On September 2nd, I took my 2012 Kia Optima to get serviced due to overheating issues. My service advisor MANUEL ESCUDERO told me they had to have my vehicle for a week. With that being said, there wa serviced due to overheating issues. My service advisor MANUEL ESCUDERO told me they had to have my vehicle for a week. With that being said, there was no extension of help nor concern to get me into a rental for the time being or any sort of help. All he did was send me out the door with an Uber ride. First strike due to lack of empathy towards loyal customers. Once I get my vehicle back, no issues for small commutes. A week and a half later after getting my vehicle back, me and my family are driving across country to get home from Orlando to Phoenix. The car starts to overheat in Pensacola,Fl. Not even 6 hours into our trip and their work on the vehicle was clearly incomplete & incorrect. At this point we can’t go back to City Kia in Orlando, so we head to their location in Pensacola, to be told from their service advisor BOBBY, that there were certain things the mechanics in Orlando messed up. We get back on the road after paying another diagnostic fee later. Not even hours later we break down again in Lafayette. Forcing us to stay the night and elongated our trip. Take it to Sterling Kia the next day to be told that one of the mechanics in Pensacola did something wrong. We get the issue “fixed” there and again not even a few hours later, we break down again. Causing our family to leave the car in Beaumont, TX. No one from Kia has accepted fault nor has the human decency to respond or resolve our situation. I’ve been without a functioning vehicle for over a month and no one seems to care at Kia. 3 different Kia dealerships with the same issue all playing blame game on one another. This whole situation has left the worst taste in my mouth with dealerships & especially Kia in general. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016 and I can confidently say they lost me as a consumer. More

I went in for my first Kia service on my car, Keith Parker was super friendly and quick to get me in. I appreciate how he explained to me all the services that was available to me at no cost which I di Parker was super friendly and quick to get me in. I appreciate how he explained to me all the services that was available to me at no cost which I didn't know about. He got my car ready in less than the time promised. I love that they offer Lyft service to and from for customers. Overall I would totally recommend City Kia, and do come to Keith for your maintenance. More
