My experience was great! Jocelyn Caceres and Felix were amazing, very professional and competent. Customer Service skillset is on point. I was kept abreast as to what was happening with my auto. It took alittle longer than I wanted but, no issues. Felix helped me with getting my windshield replaced. Made me think something would be covered under warranty. Then told me repair would cost one price. Without getting an ok or changing what they were doing, kept telling me the repairs would cost more and mor Then told me repair would cost one price. Very disappointed in the service advisor Jocelyn was very pushy in selling your products. I understand that she does probably have to meet a quota however flat out lying to the customer telling the customer pushy in selling your products. I understand that she does probably have to meet a quota however flat out lying to the customer telling the customer that your warranty will be void is not correct. And in the end she tells me I need an alignment yet my inspection comes back that my car is perfect. Either she's lying to her customers or she doesn't know how to do her job. More
Originally we came to Kia for a vehicle that was not available but advertised. We was able to manage selecting another vehicle close to the one we first set our eyes on but it was a bit disappointing be available but advertised.
