Service agent Franco was very rude regarding services I did not want to add onto my appointment that day. I just wanted my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. I did not have time for the tire align did not want to add onto my appointment that day. I just wanted my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. I did not have time for the tire alignment and everything else he wanted to add to my appointment. He kept telling me he was confused om why I did not want to compete those services. He even said was I planning on trading in the vehicle and that was why I did not want to take care of it. That he again was confused why I wouldn’t want to maintain my car. He was very condescending in his tone and asked me if I just didn’t understand. I’m not sure if he thought he could speak to me that way because I am a women. The oil change also took more than 2 hours and 30 minutes which is a ridiculous amount of time for those services. I’ve had a Toyota and a Honda and when servicing it’s never taken that long for those services. It isn’t the first time I go to KIA and it takes that long or more for them to service my vehicle. At the end of almost 3 hours Franco said if I completed the survey with the answers he provided on the back on my receipt I’d get a free tank of gas. I wasn’t aware we are now paying for good survey results instead of honest feedback in order to improve. Luckily I do not need a free tank of gas that much and rather be honest so other people don’t have to go through wasting half their day at a service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation or a rude service agent. Needless to say I will no longer be going back to that service department. More
