They started off nice, however, i had made an appointment and somehow it took 5 hours to change my battery. They said they had to type in my info which took 30 minutes and then had to run tests before changi and somehow it took 5 hours to change my battery. They said they had to type in my info which took 30 minutes and then had to run tests before changing it. Everytime i asked how much longer they said 20-30 minutes but obviously hours. They kept trying to get me to change my tires i asked how long at 2 how much more time it would add. The guy said 30 minutes too. I finally left at 4. I came in at 10:45 am for my 11 am appointment for a new battery that should have taken an hour tops but I did not leave till 4pm. When I started to complain a little, the staff started getting a little attitude with me. I was upset because all these other people were coming and going without an appointment yet I had to wait 5 hours and was lied to multiple times about how long everything would take. If I knew it would of taken 2 more hours after asking I would not have gotten the tires because I had to go to work at 4:30! More

if I could give a zero I would. We currently have the car at a different Kia dealership fixing issues that you didn't fix. Also the stuff you said you did fix, were also not fixed.
