I brought my Telluride in for scheduled maintenance, a tire rotation, and a recall. After wasting more than five hours of my day, I found out that the tire rotation was never performed and the recall was tire rotation, and a recall. To make matters worse, I was charged for a service that was never done. I dropped off my vehicle at 10:00 AM and didn't get it back until 3:30 PM. Five and a half hours for what appears to have been nothing more than an oil and filter change? At this point, I even question whether that service was actually completed. The only obvious thing that was done was inflating the tires, seemingly to make it look like a tire rotation had been performed. Not only did this cost me valuable time and lost work hours, but it also left me feeling completely deceived. Charging customers for services that were never performed is unacceptable. Practices like this destroy customer trust and make people wonder how many other times they have paid for work that was never actually done. I no longer trust this service department, and I would not recommend it to anyone. More
